How to install Ubuntu 24.04 on VirtualBox

Man it takes toooo long to download while im running the ubuntu on virtual and then it doesn’t work till i restart it and it keeps going again and again

please why is Ubuntu installation stopping at (Help and support) on my VMbox

ubuntu gets stuck always. need to restart the virtual box always. can't use it more than 10-15 minutes.

i got screen flickering after install VBox_GAs_7.0.16 :(

And for those who are not sure on how to get out of full screen, there is a white line bottom middle, click it, select view, then full screen mode, and bingo!!!
