Victoria Justice REACTS to ‘Quiet on Set’ Dan Schneider Episode

Jeanette McCurdy has said that when her show ended, Nickelodeon offered her $300k to sign an NDA stating she could not disparage anyone at Nickelodeon. If they made the same offer to Victoria and she took it, that would explain her silence. Rumour has it that Dan Schneider killed Victoria's career because she rebuffed his advances.

Trauma can make you feel this inability to speak up. Nobody should force her. When you're exposed to sexual things as a child, it really does something to your brain. That's what happened to her.

Dan is definitely no saint. He does, however, have a point when he says all scripts, costumes, etc were approved by a team of executives before the episodes aired. Yes, they were his ideas, but the ppl that approved it are to blame too. Dan just seems like he was a dick sometimes that abused his power on set, requesting massages, yelling, etc. The industry, as a whole, is to blame as well as the justice system

Dan has been guilty forever, it's just that he was never caught. If you go through his home, you will most likely see CP. It's not that hard to spot a predator 🤦🏼‍♂️ but it is hard to catch someone who has made a multi billionaire company rich. 🤷‍♂️

I think he used as a scapegoat, he is very guilty but so are all the Executives and eyes responsible for green lighting the content of the shows. They know EXACTLY what they were doing.

We should never force people to talk about trauma until they are ready. There is now a stage which allows more people to feel safe to share their story but that doesn't mean everyone will be ready

Ok so based on the statement Dan Schneider released I think it's safe to say that the executives at Nickelodeon not only knew about what was going on but approved and encouraged it. All that was done in the dark is coming to light now. Karma is coming for all of these perpetrators soon enough.

Wow, Amanda felt very similar during her last film and quit bcuz she couldn’t stand seeing herself on screen anymore. Emotional abuse, well any abuse can leave lifelong trauma and Dan was clearly part of cultivating that toxicity for not only the actors but the masses that watched his shows for decades and was in turn groomed to normalize pedophilic behavior

I don't like the argument regarding NDAs as the reason for their silence. I remember watching Penguinz0's video when covering Vince McMahon, and he straight-up said that NDAs are nullified the moment crimes occur, hence why people came out.
I'm not saying all these actors have to speak up on command, I just think their trauma is reason enough to be silent.
