After we watched all those weird ass scenes, the audacity for Dan to claim people chose to see innocent scenes as inappropriate is gross. He knew what exactly what he was doing. He knew creeps would tune in. He knew the kids didn't get it. He knew he was the golden child of Nickelodeon and had all the power.
Every time something like this happens, like with the recent documentary on the troubled teen industry, the abusers ALWAYS deflect blame. Same patterns over and over.

"she needs to speak up to protect future child actors and prevent it for happening again". by saying that you take the responsibility away from the predators and complicit (the nickelodeon executives who were adults and let all these nasty things happen) and putting it on a victim who was a teenager at the time she was sexualized. you should be pressuring nickelodeon to speak up and be held accountable for not protecting the children they were responsible for.

I think that would be really necessary and important if she expose her side. The case would became more relevant and more victims would be inspired to expose the mess. But i know it's not easy like that, maybe her healing and dealing way is forgetting about evertything and movin on. Or maybe she thinks that speak will bring her nowhere, because these predators have a lot of power. Or maybe she thinks her reputation will decay. I don't know it can be a million things. She have her reasons and i respect that, as a fan of her since my 15 years i know she passed through a lot. I just want the victims and her receive justice and a lot of healing.
