I'm starting my own shop and I wish there was a way to just create a private listing for testing purposes. I like to familiarize myself with the software before officially opening up. Kinda sucks that I will just have to make the listing when I have all my photos ready and hope for the best... Anxiety at it's finest lmao.

Ive been looking around for an answer to a question i have. I deal with items of varying prices and materials. Im curious in regards to custom items that are rather expensive. It seems that there is no "down payment" option when creating a listing and i would like to potentially have my customers pay 50% up front and the rest upon completion. Do you have any advice for the best practices in this regard?

Hey Chrisette! :) On the "Create Custom Order" on my seller dashboard, I don't have the option to copy the original listing or bulk custom order, is that feature only on the paid version?

How do I create a pick up locally option for shipping? So there is no fee and no tracking etc.

Hello! I’m trying to do a private listing for an existing customer. She already ordered a custom product and wants another one. The option to make private custom listing isn’t there anymore. It just shows the already fulfilled one.

This feature is so poorly designed, you should be able to make private listings without someone messaging you, oh well.
