How would you swap the layers... that is have the fun before the function layer? I am creating a route map with 10 stops.. then I realize i need to have another stop in between 5 and 6.. only way i have found to edit it is to delete 10 thru 6 and rebuild again.. seems chunky.. and not way to see times of travel between points

This is not what I want. I need a map that shows counties and cities, not all this other recreational stuff. I could copy and paste a map for my use, but I don't want someone else's choice of cities, I want only my choice. Anyone know how to do this? Please tell.

That map is super busy and someone would have to study it to see your locations. I'd like to see less detail and travel lines...
