This seems like it would be a great idea if they like selected random viewers and then guided them on how to cook their meals through video like they did here and turning it into a series.
I think using multiple viewers from possibly many different locations would make it more diverse and maybe explore different recipes that might otherwise be seen as unconventional or unorthodox
