I have a feeling that there was a "no dairy" rule from the start (which is why Alexis opted to use avocado for her mousse and use the soy as a substitute in the appetizer and to emulate the ricotta) but the producer definitely could have reminded her in a much better way. Heck, the guest is vegan, so it clearly wasn't something they made up on the spot. Alexis just forgot and the producer was kind of a jerk about it.

I think it was unfair to give her additional food requirements after making her cook with only a blender. Plus they didn't tell her about it and let her plan. What if her whole meal had dairy? It's unfair to her
