Russia-Ukraine tension: Ukrainian soldiers prepare for escalation

Caught in the middle of the diplomatic standoff between Russia and the West, Ukrainian soldiers are waiting on the front lines.
Despite repeated assurances from Russia that it does not want war, these soldiers keep a careful watch.
Each has a different theory about what form an invasion would take, but they also simply hope there will be no attack.

The world should unite to never again allow any country to invade, annex or conquer any other country.

In my opinion, the best solution would be an EU agreement (without the US) with the Russians, affirming the guarantee of neutrality forever for Ukraine, Georgia and Belarus (just as Finland is today and has never been threatened by the Russians), special status for Russians residing in Donbass, as well as ethnic Russians in Georgia, as was done in Chechnya by the Russians themselves.
On the other hand, the departure of Russian troops from Ossetia and the return of Donbass to the Ukrainian government. I see NATO as an American tool that has reached the end of the road with this whole event!

I don't know the exact incident but in Russian history once Mongol army was waiting at bank of Volga river and there was standoff between rus army and Mongolian force but neither attack. Like history repeat again

Russia’s long-fought battle over Ukraine has claimed thousands of lives and has incurred heavy losses to international diplomacy. Like every other existing conflict, this one too has ended in a stalemate with the West blaming Kremlin’s harsh policies that have pushed Ukraine towards the Western bloc. Ukraine sees an alliance with the West necessary for its security against Russia. Russia, on the other hand, disputes the increasing NATO presence along regions like the Baltic states, which pose a threat to Russia’s dominance in the region. Whether or not Russia’s claim to Ukraine is justified is an increasingly complex question but in case of an invasion, the world will surely see far-reaching and long-lasting effects.
