There is actually an easier way grab a small tea spoon a big one would also work to so the with your spoon scoop the pot out then grab a big spoon and scoop it the avocado 🥑 and cut it up

I use the right angle at the bottom of the blade rather than the flat edge of the blade itself.

Simpler put the avocado in ur hand grab knife pop the seed out with the knife 💥 it’s done without a cutting board

This is actuakky not the correct way. In cooking school we learned to place the heel of the blade on the pit (not tapping or hitting it) and slowly rock the knife back and forth. It will naturally cut into the pit and then you can twist and remove it. You never want to hit a blade on a curved surface.
