58 year old here and I sure do thank you for making cutting my first Avocado a success! And made my first salad with Avocado, Avocado oil, hard boiled egg slices, shredded red cabbage & carrots, cherry tomatoes, pink sea salt and bacon bits...just like our friends made on Christmas eve. My new favorite! Happy New Year!!

Dry it and the layers will peel of more and more. You can smash them to smaller bits and ad them to any food. Nutritional!

Honestly, I have never cut myself cutting avocados with my hand and being on the board like you are, that’s a good idea, but I could also see someone getting injured that way as well otherwise it all about paying attention and not being in a hurry
