Another way to do this is to start at the back of the grid, and then on lap 1 at Saint Devote brake very little, if at all and just drive straight into numerous people. More often than not you'll take some damage but not race ending damage and there will be carnage everywhere. Obviously don't do this in a proper race though.

I got really excited about my first red flag as I didnt know I could get one, so when I spun my car in casino and everyone hit into me, stopped moving and wheels went flying I marked out and thought it was amazing, upon reviewing my actions I realised it was a pathetic moment, thus making myself look like a tool. But a great tutorial for anyone interested in how to get one. (Giggity)

Maybe I will upload one at some point. You should give it a try though. Play on Monaco. Just make sure you are in first place, then bunch everyone up. Then, after the fast straights, break to almost a stop. Each time you do this you normally get one or two broken wings. I think you have to do it twice before they retire. You don't tend to get illegal blocking warnings that much on monaco. It took me about 11 laps.

It's actually possible, and relatively easy to get every car out of the race by getting into first place and destroying the other cars front wing multiple times, by breaking unexpectedly.
