That lens mount choice is keeeey. My biggest mistake as a young gear acquirer was to buy the Speed Booster for Nikon mount back in 2013, simply because the EF version hadn't been released yet and I was impatient. That trapped me in the Nikon F ecosystem for over five years and I wouldn't wish that on *anyone*. I finally bit the bullet last year and did what I should have done at the beginning, which was to go all-in on EF (along with the purchase of my own UMPG2) and try to sell my Nikon lenses. Expensive. Ahh, all the wasted years of not having compatibility with collaborators or being able to know exactly what f-stop I was at, all because I didn't want to wait three months.

I came across your channel as I was looking for videos about the Ursa Mini Pro G2 and wanted to see what other people's experiences were with the camera, and after watching a couple of your videos I subscribed to the channel. But more importantly, after watching this video, I'm rethinking whether or nor I really need to buy it or can I just get away with a long term rental for it. I'm planning on buying the Panasonic S5, which has a L mount. So my main concern right now is, should I buy the 24-70 f2.8 sigma lens with L mount? or should I buy the mc-21 (L to EF adapter) and buy the sigma EF version instead, because EF lenses are way more common? choosing EF will cost me like 400 euro's more though...
