I like to keep my skills sharp by cutting the strawberries i put on my cereal by cutting them like an onion with the horizontal cuts first followed by vertical cuts. It also lets me know when the knife is getting dull because it takes a sharp blade to cut some of the berries that are past their prime. That classic onion technique would be a good follow up to this video.
