the companies and plan itself doesnt determine the speed. Plus different phone will show different results because some will have newer tech which will allow for fast speeds. Tello just like mint mobile, metro, and other cheaper carriers use tmobiles network so the speed on the tello one is what would be accurate for tmboile if you used the same samsung. Hope this helps
