According to the Bureau Of Labor Statistics, the Blk unemployment started to rise under Bush. Unemployment rose at the highest during Obama's first term during 2009 and peaked the early-mid part of 2012. A major decline started to happen during Obama's 2nd term and blk unemployment have been going down ever since, so Trump is mostly capitalizing off of Obama.Good job Jake!
