what i notice is that you use a lot of forearm rotation. I assume when you go faster (200 bpm +) its purely wrist. I have the same picking technique but i have been trying to implement pure wrist motion on moderately fast line like 150 bpm but seeing you do it makes me wonder if i should just leave it like it is
