It doesn't make sense, I thought the SOC was equivalent to the SD8+G1. It should be performing much better. The Pixel 7 Pro was able to average much better fps with a much weaker SOC. I'm curious if there is some optimization issues happening. Again I say this primarily because the Pixel 7 Pro performs much better with a much weaker SOC

The raw power is the only thing holding me back from buying a pixel, I know that Google wants to do what apple does, making their own chip, idk why they had to pick Samsung, when Samsung couldn't make a reliable chipset for themselves and exynos being always so bad compared to snapdragon, they could collab with mediatek, they would make wonders together

It would be genuinely interesting to see a new video of this test performed after December update (QPR1), as it introduced new GPU drivers which according to many people really improve the situation.

if u need some motivation/content to make
Warzone was released, but is running awful for everyone, battery draining like crazy
so maybe a before and after on all ur devices, especially androids are struggling
they launched it without updating it to match WZ3, so a big update is due in a few months probably
reviews are from 1.6 to 2.6, they are forced to improve it a lot, you cant even change graphics,
they are locked randomly to mid/high etc, when some devices have low and min available
and the FPS cap is broken, u have to reset it to 60 and uncapped to make it work
