In this short video we go over Arco-Flagellants, a form of combat servitor used by the Imperium. They are converted from prisoners who are on death row. Instead of being executed, they are turned into warriors for the Emperor.

I’ve always thought the life of an Arco flagellant would make a pretty sick video game, the loading screen is just calming music and pictures of the emperor Then the level loads in, your helmet clicks off battle music players, and you have a limited time to kill enough enemies to be redeemed, you never actually survive the battle

You forgot to mention how the process of becoming an Arco-Flagellant is done without anesthetics, and is one of the most vicious non-Drukhari tortures in the entirety of WH40K. Your mind is the last thing to be destroyed, basically. Being sentenced to death is preferable over becoming one of those, as it's not a blessing, more like a nightmare
