I like this but add in chicken boullion knorrs brand 1/2 tsp, and sometimes a dash of cumin. I also like to sub serrano for jalapenos, or use the jalapenos but add in a toasted chile de arbol prior to blending to give it next level heat kick. Also, I think just roasting the veggies first is easier and tastes better vs cooking it last. Either way your salsa will taste great.
