Recipe #1 Molcajete (Receta #1 Molcajete)
2 ea Garlic cloves (Dientes de ajo)
1 ea Jalapeño (Chile jalapeño)
Salt to taste (Sal a tu gusto)
3 ea large tomatoes (about 1.5 lbs) (Gitomates/Tomates)
Finely Chopped Red Onion and Cilantro
(Cebolla roja y cilantro en tamaño pequeño)

2 ea garlic (Diente de ajo)

This is so amazing to watch. I’m from India. There are so many similarities between Mexican and Indian cuisines yet so different! Beautiful description of a typical hispanic kitchen. Molcajete style has a different flavor because ingredients are mashed, and not cut. Brings out more flavor and natural sweetness. Very impressive.

I tried it and its absolutely delicious!! I boiled the tomatoes then toasted the vegetables in a regular none stick pan, Then added everything in a blender. Amazing results!
