Steven Seagal pretends he knows how to type in this ripoff of Taken. It's like watching a monkey pound away at a keyboard. And of course he hits up a strip club, pulls off a threesome with women half his age, and mumbles his way through the majority of the movie. BUT, the man actually runs in this. I couldn't believe my eyes.

As a russian i can say that his name, the way he tries to speak russian and all of that is so bizzare and funny. The music sometimes was some kind of irish sounding as you said and wasn't sounding russian and sometimes it was specific ethnic music from one region of the country (it's like if someone is making movie about US and uses only latin-american music, but even more specific). My bet that is that where funding come from, but it can be just a shot in the dark. Anyway, greetings.

I actually recognized one actor in this apart from Segal, it's Aleks Paunovic. He's shown around the 15:04 mark, I think, but he's a decent actor. He's one of the main Tracksuit Mafia guys from Hawkeye and he was Julius on the TV show Van Helsing. He's the guy Segal is actually running after.
