I have hazle eyes, more on the green side, and red looks natural on me while still making my eyes pop. Dont wear much makeup, but as an artist I totally agree with everyone needing to know basic color theory. Works with makeup, house decorating, how to dress and so much more!

Brown actually does best with a rly royal purple, nice and dark with the perfect red to blue, it honestly makes my eyes look 3x lighter and more brown when ur wear it I have no idea why but it truly works

a quick way to rember complementary colors would to be to grab a color wheel and go to the opposite side of the color so for green it would be purple

Purple is complementary with yellow, using purple on green eyes will make the yellow tones in the green stand out which makes them appear a warmer shade of green. If you want to make the cooler tones of green pop, use (warm) red/deep pink tones!
