The BEST CS2 Settings for FPS & VISIBILITY! (NO DELAY!)

These are the best Counter-Strike 2 settings for FPS and Visibility. If you are having trouble seeing people in the game or even having FPS issues these settings should help out a ton! I've done some research and most of the pros use these settings, from my own experience, I've used almost the same exact graphic settings in CSGO and CS2 and have had no problems!

CS2 is currently not performing the greatest, as right now I'm getting 100 frames less than when this video is created. I have no reason why this is happening, and it was recently talked about by pro players on Twitter recently. So these settings are still good, but you may not see the number you're wanting because of performance. For example, when I'm in gunfights, I go from 400fps to 280fps no matter what map or settings. This is currently happening to people even with 7800x3d chips and 4090's.

raise ur texture filtering to anisotropic 16x, it doesnt affect

Having monitor set to lower Hz does not give you FPS drops, it means the screen will SHOW less pictures per second. There is a difference, because at 60 FPS the game will feel laggy. But at 300 FPS but 60 Hz, the game will feel good, but you will only get 60 frames shown.

try 1920x1440 in nvidia control panel, its 4:3 and will look much better then 1440x1080, and texture filtering mode has pretty much 0 effect on fps in literally every game so put it in at least 8x or 16x trust me.

The worst thing is that everyone copies pro settings even tho they dont understaned which one does what. First thing first you dont even need shadows on very high just go medium/high you will see excatly the same, as for the model / texture details always go for the high setting it will make skins look 10x times prettier and will not impact fps in anyway, as for the texture filtering mode which makes map textures prettier aka sharper i use it on 4x having it on bilinear doesnt even work since its just always trilinear, also it doesnt have huge fps impact, as for the shaders just use whichever you prefer low will make sun shine less on the skins, high will do just the opposite aka have more shine on the skins, particles will be low for me since currently the cs2 particles are the biggest reason for the fps drops, anyway who needs to see the bullet tracers and blood in the highest resolution idk so keep that on low, ambient occlusion will just add 3d map effect, basically useless so keep that off if u want fps, if u have a great pc and want a good looking map just do whatever you like, high dynamic range aka HDR will always go for quality, and lastly fidelity will go off for the quality, if you really need performance then go for Balanced or Performance, also only use msaa if your pc can handle it, it only sharpens edges and makes it less pixelated (if you have below 200 stable fps then dont use it). So in conclusion my go to settings are

Boost player contrast On
4x MSAA
Shadows Medium
Model Textures High
Texture filtering mode 4x
Shader high
Particles low
Ambient occlusion off
HDR quality
Fidelity Off
Nvidia Enabled.

Does your game look smooth on 400 fps? Mine looks VERY choppy when looking around even if I cap at 300 for perfect frametimes. I have to enable Gsync for it to look smooth which Id prefer not to do in this game.
