Hey eric, make sure there's no ice between your pipe temp clamp and the copper pipe, it can throw your readings off and you won't get accurate superheat reading. Kinda tough to do with a system like this running super low temps

Get a dehydrator. Costs about $50 and up depending on size and other feature.
