For the past 15 years a team of researchers have meticulously mapped the area of Doggerland - a country-sized, recently submerged area that once connected Great Britain with the European mainland. Doggerland? I think i visited there in Skyrim.
Seriously this lost land of Doggerland is new for me and i am finding the subject very interesting.
Doggerland came to me when i was recently viewing maps of land exposed during the ice age.
Good video. Thanks.

dogger land seems to be one of the places people would fight for. depending on your definition of war i think a piece of land like that is capable of housing a civilization bigger than a tribe capable of more than random battles. gunna be tough to find evidence of that under water though hahah

Interesting. I just read an article today it said the Orkney islands were the capital of Neolithic Britain. I wonder if it was around during the days of Doggerland.

Remember that 10k-8k BC is the accepted date when humans started building tbeir own settlements instead of lving in caves so unlikely they are going to uncover human constructed dwellings if that's what anyone is thinking.
