Here are two of my top REITs to buy today:
Camden Properties Trust (CPT REIT) is a REIT that invests in apartment communities mainly in the sunbelt markets. It is today priced at 7% implied cap rate and an estimated 40% discount to its fair value.

W.P Carey (WPC REIT) is a net lease REIT that has a multi-decade track record of years of market outperformance. It is a close peer of Realty Income (O REIT) but it is better positioned and more undervalued in our opinion.

I bought WPC just weeks before their NLOP spinoff, I watched in horror as the price tanked. But after seeing your explanation video back then, I held on and watched calmly. It was the right decision.
I know you can't give advice, but thanks anyways, a lot

Jussi, I liked your video. Thanks for sharing your information with us. I also follow you on SA. I already own a fairly large position of WPC. I kept it despite the divvy cut from the spin off of the office properties. Not sorry it did. And I plan on keeping it indefinitely. I'll take a a look at CPT for more apartment exposure. I already have ESS and MAA. Not happy with ESS at all. But MAA has been great. Just FYI for you and your viewers. Keep the great videos coming!

Great timing - I just funded my Roth IRA for 2024 today and have been trying to decide which new REITs to purchase. I already own CPT, so I will definitely consider adding WPC. I appreciate you, Jussi! 🙏

Unlike many panicky retail investors who sold WPC immediately after the cut, I held onto it, and now it's back up, even faster than I expected. My only regret is that I didn't have more cash to invest in it after the panick selling :)

Interesting video. I already have a holding in WPC and added to it when the price dropped following the spin-off. Opted to stay calm at the time, and I think that will prove to be the right decision in the long-run.

As a UK based investor, I’d love to see a video on UK REIT’s - maybe a three to consider type video? I’m invested in BBOX but looking for some further inspiration ! 👍

Planned to invest in CPT and MAA at the dip, ran out of money as I bought ARE and VICI. I liked AIC more, but was not available in my German broker or at a huge premium of 30%.

CPT - class B apts 4.5 dividend yield needs to weather apt supply growth

WPC - Net lease dumping office for industrial 5.5 dividend yield likely to fall in favor of growth.

WPC has been on my mind for a few months. I think its about time I just do it, ill throw some in my roth next week. Im long on O, STAG, VICI, MPW, and PCH curently.
