Any peace deal that involves Russian troops remaining in Ukraine and Ukraine ceding territory is not a deal, it's surrender.

Ukraine knows how "deals" with russia go: the Budapest memorandum signed with russia only took 10 years for russia to violate it. Any agreement that limits the size of Ukrainian armed forces only postpone occupation and war few years into the future. Not worth it.

Yes war must end, but in what terms. Negotiations on what conditions, restoring to the boundaries acknowledged by the international world or boundaries forcefully claimed by occupation. Neither South Africa nor any of the countries with them would like to relinquish any of their territories to any foreign supper power. The truth must be told Putin must leave all Ukraine to end the war.

Did Russians really published exact content of the draft of the deal, back in the days when it was negotiated, or have I missed them publicly declare anything of this sort?
