It’s also important to note that they always kinda spawn caddy corner from special rooms (shops, curse rooms, item rooms, etc)

While this is a way to find the ultra secret room, its a lot easier to just remember its duagonal to a special room (a room marked on the map that isn't the boss, regular secret room tips apply, usually connected to more than one special room etc)

I don't know how much they changed in new games, but when I played (Which is like 6-8 years ago I think) general rule I used to follow is secret room is connected to most other rooms and super secret room is connected to least amount of rooms and usually the furthest if there're several in a row

Sometimes it didn't work first try since there could've been several of such spots, but I don't remember not finding either of rooms once and I have over 50 hours in isaac rebirth
