I made the Carmel apple crumble cheesecake and it was a HUGE Hit at our family dinner! They all requested that dessert at the next weekend at another family dinner! I am going to add more crust and more topping as requested, and give that a try. No one could believe there was not liquid in the cheesecake just cream cheese and spices. So ez really! Love it!

fall is MY season. i know people get annoyed about the cliches, and things like pumpkin spice, but i love it all so much. to me it’s the perfect season. (and the beginning of winter is great too)

the first one is just an evolved appelflap. if you have puff pastry and you have an apple, make an appelflap. look it up, its really easy to make and theyre delicious. theyre a dutch treat, i always make them in my spare time when i feel like it.
