I love how she handled the rude blonde doctor. pure class. class and hair so healthy that ironically she could be in a shampoo commercial.

I love how she's pretty much making these lizard women look dumb covered in their products and they can't handle it and are making the poo free lady look nuts. also in the end he says "shampoo didnt exist 500 years ago" yeah....shampoo/conditioner came out 70 years ago.

well if your default scent of washed hair is the smell of shampooed hair then of course it's gonna smell like it hasn't been washed to you.

I completely DESTROYED my hair using heat and dye. I tried washing my hair every 3 days. I went completely heat free. I tried putting egg in my hair. Nothing was helping. My hair was still split at the bottoms and once it reached shoulder length, it would break off and stop growing, no matter how many times I trimmed the ends. So far, just 2 weeks into water only washing, my hair is not nearly as oily as I thought it would be, no one says it smells (I have literally shoved my head into my mom, dad and boyfriends face to smell it up close) and my split ends are already repairing themselves. I am definitely a fan.

I use all natural shampoo bars. Basically just olive oil, coconut oil, spring water, and essential oils. No chemicals, and it smells great!

Shampoo scent doesn't even stay in the hair for that long....especially if ur using sulphate /fragrance free products which is so much better for ur hair.
So I'm sure her hair smells fine even more natural ..
I think I will try this method just because nothing has satisfied my hair as of yet!

Her hair looked amazingly healthy and I’m putting it out there that I also stopped using shampoo not long ago. My hair smells not bad, like a human scent that’s Au natural. I believe water goes a long way and our body doesn’t need external chemicals to thrive on its own.

Such healthy hair! Shampoo destroys our hair - and is full of nasties. There are loads and loads of nourishing "No Poo" alternatives in our kitchen!

I find it funny how that woman thought that she would have very oily hair; guess what, the more you use shampoo, the more your scalp produces oil because your average shampoos contain POWERFUL oil stripping chemicals that remove even the scalp's natural oil! Your scalp fights back by creating an excessive amount of oil. If you use shampoo daily in your hair, it will take months for your scalp to stop producing that ridiculous amount of oil. If you wash it every other day (as you should, more is just bad for your hair), it should only take a few weeks. Then you can say hello to a healthier scalp and hair. Apple Cider Vinegar works very well to cleanse the scalp and get rid of that excessive oil and it also helps making your hair soft and shiny. But hey, your health, your call.

I have curly hair and any shampoo and conditioner I ever used left me with frizzy dry hair for several days after. Even the ones 'for' dry frizzy hair. I use the same no-pooh method as this guest, and while I do use shampoo about once every 3 months, my hair has never been easier to style, never smelt nicer and never been as cheap to maintain as it has these past two years.

I remember as a child only washing my hair once a week. I took it for granted then, but now I wish I could go back to that.

So I'm starting on the journey of reducing hair washing. I realise there is a transition period (I'm feeling that now) but I aim to reduce hair washing to once a week.

I couldn't do what this woman has done, although kudos to her.

Her hair absolutly didnt smell. When you stop using shampoo your hair just stops smelling. It smells like nothing. No scent at all

"My nose reacts violently to those chemicals." Never saw a violent nose.

I’m Two weeks into my No Poo journey I researched ALOT on no poo details and care and like her I wanted to use less chemicals in my routines and attempt to eliminate my long term struggle with dandruff I’m trying to stay confident that this will work, so glad I found this video. It’s definitely oily but not outrageously so. About 4 more weeks and Hopefully it evens itself out 🤞🏼

I've noticed that since I was aware of the toxic chemicals in everything, I am very sensitive to it now. In a lot of food and drink as well as perfume and shampoo.
