The Youngest Artist in The World and Other Amazing Child Prodigies

Childhood is supposed to be fun and relatively carefree: a time for learning, making mistakes, and cultivating the person you will be as an adult. Nobody expects you to build robots or play Chopin on piano. Heck, our parents were proud of us when we cleared the table without asking. However, some children do indeed build robots and play Chopin on piano, and these are prodigies: people who exhibit extraordinary talents at a young age. Although it would have been pretty cool to be a kid genius, it’s no walk in the park. It’s usually a hard and disciplined life; a life spent in the spotlight, with your mistakes magnified; a life that’s tough for an adult to bear, let alone a child. Give these kids some props because what they do is not easy. And you’d be surprised to know that many of them would have traded childhoods with you in a heartbeat.

some kids are more unique than others? i have to disagree with you there. because all kids have a talent it just haven't been exposed to everyone yet. just because these kids are known for their talent, doesn't make them more special than other kids.

I think my talent as a child was photography. My sister and i would get throw-away cameras for every xmas. I went to college for photo related classes and ended up getting pretty good. Even today i still amaze people with pics from my phone
