My alloy body is lose on the inside.. the lens wobbels. And this is not because the 4 screws are lose. Its inside.. pleas help!!!

Hello @Sony I have Sony a7II last year, while using adapter it got stuck and I had to put it to Your official service for warranty "repair" - to take it off. Now, year later when I wanted to mount native Sony FE lens (50mm 1.8) it doesn't connect.
On the inner half bottom ring with golden pins, it appears there is a dent on the corner, next to the very left pin. The focusing mode is gray, it doesn't allow me to switch to AF.
Is it possible to repair and exchange only the pin ring?
