How to fix Bluetooth audio dropouts on Android phones / tablets, works for BT headsets, headphones, speakers cutting in out sound or distortion static interference noises, first turn off Bluetooth device off and on next toggle phone or tablet bluetooth setting off and on, next unpair and pair again BT headset or speaker, next clear data in settings, app manager, under bluetooth share, if this doesn't work then check around your area for electrical devices that can cause interference like wifi routers and wireless mouse.

*NOTICE*: If you have an LG Phone like me, when you go to the Application Manager in the Settings, you have to go in the top right corner where the three dots are and hit "Show system" because it won't show apps that are preinstalled that are needed to run the phone. Then you click Bluetooth and hit "Force Stop".

What worked for me was to go to Android blue-tooth settings and unpair. I saw two devices for my hearing aids one left and one right, but when the reconnect happened, just one device showed (without the left or right individual device). Once I paired with the single Hearing Aid device everything worked. Thanks for suggesting the unpair/repair trick.

Thanks bro almost forgot to click the like button i have a prestigio phone and when i paired my bluetooth headphones there was only phone sound, restarting the phone helped me fix the problem.

when I connect my phone to my bluetooth device, the sound just stops all of a sudden and then plays back after a random amount of time. this happens just randomly and makes it impossible to listen to music using my bluetooth headset. and when i look at my music player, the time just stops at some point. it's not even paused. it's just frozen or something. this happens on youtube, google music, and samsung music player. idk what to dooo
