I have the Macbook Pro M2 pro with 1 TB it's still a great machine. I mean it's still a fast machine I plan to keep it for some time to come. I know the M3 pro chip is a slight upgrade but still not worth spending the extra money

Why are you grouping them by screen size, thats not how they are split? Its m3, m3 pro and m3 max, screen size doesnt determine the performance, kinda misleading review

Still have the 14 inch M1 Pro MacBook Pro. Unbinned version of that machine. Its still fast.

It does look black in certain shots, but it really is just a darker space gray. I'm super happy with my M1 MBP 13 inch from 2020. Probably won't be in the market until 2027 for a new laptop and by then I might be thinking about third iteration of the Vision Pro to really replace all or most of computers.

The other feature is ray-tracing and better gaming in general. But, i don't think you buy a Macbook Pro specifically for gaming. But of course, that's just me.

Lastly, if i think about the Intel day's Macbook Pro. And, more specifically in 2009 when i bought my first one. I remember buying my 15" Macbook Pro which was around $1500 and a couple of months later they released a new win with a new GPU. I honestly think that sucked more than when they do this now. Seriously, i wouldn't care too much about it. These Apple Silicon chips, no matter which one you have is really good and will still be supported for a couple of years with software as well!

Simple solution for keyboard and trackpad smudges is to get a cover for the former and decal for the latter. Cases often come with keyboard covers and I have found matching decals to cover the sides and trackpad of my MacBook Pro.

A lot of reviewers are saying that the Pro M3 isn’t worth it due to benchmark abilities being on par with the base model. Is that true?

time has come to upgrade my 2015 MBP (last gen with USB ports), i've hold on for as long as i can - but it seems my best option would be the 2022 MBP with magsafe and ports - crazy to think i have other devices that DON'T use usb-c.
