Dr., I have OA in right knee for Years, which started after I damaged the Meniscus while doing Barbell Squats in 1996. The torn meniscus was operated on at that time. The Ortho doctor told me atht there is OA in the knee as well. The right leg is shorter by 1" as a result of a fractured femur in 1966 at age 15, playing HS Football. Now the knee is Bone on Bone, and I'm Milking it by getting 2X a year Euflexxa injections (I get them in both knees which had surgery for a torn Meniscus in 2013). But the effectiveness of the Euflexxa is diminshing for the Right Knee. It is constantly swollen, there is a large Baker's Cyst in the rear, and the lower leg is more swollen affecting the ankle (that has some OA too) and foot. The Baker's Cyst can be drained, But it will keep coming back. Moreover, I have multiple sites of Mild to Moderate Stenosis in the Lumbar Spine discs, some are Bulging and I have significant Degenerative Disc Disease at age 73, a man. Love to hear your advice for dealing with the Nerves that are affected.

How likely is full recovery if you have some numbness/not normal sensation in the area the nerve covers (top of foot and shin outer) and if your dorsiflection is still really poor and weak a week after injury of kneeling too long whilst drunk
