From Designer to high paid design strategist: How I did it.

I describe in 2 simple steps how I am seen as a strategic designer - be seen as the expert, earn more money and have more fun with my creative results.

I am Marc,
former marketing manager and graphic designer.

I had to struggle with never ending marketing projects, and saw my team only as a pair of hands to execute. My to-do app was overwhelmed with tasks and my boss was frustrated by little results.

I was looking for a secret solution, to turn marketing projects into fast and impactful and new creative outcomes.
Giving the right people in my team a voice and guiding the creative process to create awesome results together -
not alone.

That's the reason I trained to become a workshop design thinking facilitator. And created marketing-team-workshops to minimize to-do's, create freaking good output, and feel like a strong team again.
