Are we really calling them “NFT Designers” instead of artists??

"the 30$ one didn't have much detail in the arms or legs"

well yeah, you didn't put much detail into the arms or legs of the drawing either.

"Was the extra $90 worth it?"

For Designing an NFT? Yeah no.

Definitely not worth it, the 30 dollar one has more style and is faithful to the drawing, the 120 dollar one is not worth extra 90 dollars just for it to be more crispy

I like the one you drew more than the nfts 😂

Lesson learned: none of them are worth anything and he wasted his money

fun fact, paying $30 for specific art that you want ISN'T an NFT, that is just commissioning art! People should be doing this more!! It is so much easier and cheaper, and WAY better for the environment!!

The $30 guy is clearly more skilled, he just gave you a $30 worth of work. Had you paid him $120, oh yeah that lettuce would lit.

Imagine paying for an NFT (this message brought to you by the Screenshot Crew)

Personally I would have spent the $30 on food and put the $120 in a savings account.

Dude, you could have just commissioned a 3D artist without making it an NFT.

So instead of just paying an artist for a project, you got an entire system in the middle that is terrible in every aspect and your “secure” art is free to anyone who knows how to screen grab? Brilliant!

IMO they’re both worthless pixels on a screen, but still cool

$30 is a reasonable price for those images, $120 is a bit too much for a singular character (A very easy to draw one at that) on a monotone background. However just seeing NFT just kind of enrages me, even if the prices are reasonable. It just feels better if it was commissioned as a regular artwork instead of an NFT.

the important thing to remember here is that you really just lost 150$ on a couple of jpegs.

NFT are scam

Sounds like commissioned art with extra steps.
