i went with adobe due to past experiences. I signed up for the $19.99/student version. They ended up charging me $52x2 months and after i went back and forth with them, they wanted to hit me with a $100 cancelling fee. I just returned from my bank where i took issue with these charges. I cancelled in mid september and guess what.
I found out they tried to charge me $32 for

0:50 Adobe portfolio lets you make the whole website just to see that you need to spend money to publish it (and you cant export it as html)
