Christine, one of the deadliest Femme Fatales in cinema history! The music is perfect in setting the tone, pulling back the curtains of reality while "she" shows us who and what she really is. A supernatural force not to be reckoned with.

The soundtrack of this film is amazing. It's very melancholic, but also very cool and energetic. I know they changed the story for the film-version, but I like it this way too. It's more ambiguous. I felt sorry for Arnie, he wasn't a bad person, but got totally possessed by the power of Christine. It changed him and brought all the worst tendencies of his personality to the surface. He didn't deserve to die, but his soul became too damaged and corrupted by the ominous power which was embodied by and emanating from the car. Such a tragic tale.

All the CGI in the world could never top this scene. The way they make the audience feel so connected to the villain to the point we rooted for them is absolutely amazing. They really made a machine have a personality without ever saying one word...I hope they never try and "reboot" this one, and just leave it on it's throne

from what i remember. that scene was filmed in reverse. it was a car with no engine, that was hydraulically pulled into itself.
