Thank You soo much for me D B Schedulers actions would run powershell so I disabled it and now its working fine THANK YOU you saved me from multiple hours of rage because it would always open every 10 minutes and minimize my game. You deserve a sub Thank you again.

So I deleted the source that kept causing the pop ups but every 10 mins after deleting it comes back in my task scheduler I restart still same problem

Well my issue is different umm it happens sometimes I tried cmd sfc scannow but it read nothing is wrong but sometimes when I turn my computer on . Well when my computer turns on it gives a tune that's it then I have to enter my password but when I turn on my computer I hear like a small static sound . Then I punch in my password but the load screen lags for a few seconds then my desktop loads up then I see a few pop ups. But the pop up have no words on them just pops up then disappears and another pop up and disappears I tried sfc scannow after and it tells me everything is good I really wanna know what's wrong can anyone help me

for me it was "D B scheduler" I disabled it for now but if powershell keeps popping up I will delete it. I have been having this problem for months now and I thank you very much sir.

It worked at first.Then the next week, Task scheduler decides to re-add the task thats opening powershell. I keep disabling it then deleting it but it just keeps coming back and mulitplying. Now i have 4 different tasks that open powershell every 10 minutes indefinitley. Any help?
