A signature is the way someone writes their name. If its unreadable, then it doesnt matter. If it was perfectly clear and readable, it wouldnt be unique to you.

I just write my name in my handwriting and put a small dash below the end and a point after the dash... I like to keep it simple...

Let's agree to disagree. My signature is fast, illegible, has what you call a "camouflage" trait, fun to write, and I've only gotten compliments about it. I get nothing but praise about my professionalism, trustworthy, and friendliness. I've been promoted at every company I've worked for, was in management and a leadership program. I think you should be confident and have confident signature. These "mistakes" count for nothing compared to that. Calling them "dumb" or "stupid" just reflects poorly on you, Bart.
