I love the barrel or ballon jeans that taper with a simple t-shirt and unique flats.

Barrel legs really suit some shapes. I find it's great for short and curvy, small waist/big hips. It doesn't look exaggerated, but follows our natural curves. As long as it is not taken to a cartoonish level. Everlane really does this shape well.

I strongly suggest you try wearing a little a denim or other bustier over your blouse. I did, and I got so many compliments. It looked awesome and actually made me look taller by the way that I styled it. And I am 55 years old.

It’s actually funny because as I was watching this video I was also searching for more barrel jeans. My barrel jeans from GAP are adorable and flattering on me! It’s a way to do a loser fit that still hangs in a flattering way. I encourage you to find a pair you like because they are adorable! My favorite are GAP and I went down a size and they are still loose.

I am loving the barrel leg trend and I hope it lasts forever. I discovered it a few years ago when I wandered into an Eileen FIsher store and found my holy grail of pants -- her ponte ankle lantern pants are exquisite and are indeed a barrel leg shape. Then this year I discovered Everlane's barrel leg pants and I now own five in different colors.

Most of these styles definitely not 😂, but the barrel leg, absolutely love them, I find them one of the most flattering silhouettes for me personally. I have the barrel leg pants from evelrane and banana republic.

Leg warmers have tried several times to make a return without success, thank goodness! I look back at pics of us in the 80's with them over jeans with Nike's and think "why?"

I love love love leg warmers as we get temperatures dropping well below freezing. But I wear them underneath mom jeans and over the leggings I’m already wearing, which stops them slipping down. I can go out and not feel the cold at all
