I noticed a lot of 9.8 slabs going down, but the lower grades getting an uptick. Definitely a sign that the market is starting to right itself if it hasn't already, and a opportune time to look for anything you've had an eye on for a lower price.

I agree. The post pandemic snap back, looming recession, "comic book movie fatigue ", the writer and actor strike delaying new speculation runs...there are plenty of reasons most comics and related collectables are down in value at the moment. I'll just collect what I like and enjoy a buyers market if and when I can for now.
