I live in the US and have never had any issues with eating this! I've been eati g this stuff for 3 years and nothing happened. With good soy sauce, fresh eggs, and good seaweed, it doesnt it bad at all.

For anyone wondering or worrying about bacteria... as a person who has grown up on a farm, Yes, you can eat eggs raw but it is preferable to have pasteurized eggs because they are heated to the point of killing the bacteria but not cooking the egg because the moment they reach that temperature they are chilled. They are also nice when you want to eat cookie
dough or brownie batter ☺️

it only taste good with japanese rice. i tried it with normal rice it tasted wrong. japanese rice is more sticky and chewy.

For the people concerned about raw egg, the steamy rice cooks it as you stir it, coating the rice and making it creamy. It's a very delicious breakfast

The Japanese rice in Japan taste sweeter than the Japanese rice sold in the U.S.
The eggs sold at the markets in Japan are very fresher than compared to the U.S.
you better becareful if you want to eat them raw here in the U.S... I'd rather cook eggs all the time just to make sure that I am not eating salmonella.

hmm, in my country, there's 2 kind of soy sauce, the salty one and the sweet one. which one are the one to be used in this food? kinda bit curious since i've already tried a drink with raw eggs but a food is something new for me.

cant it this in hawaii because the egg is not raw and fresh but the japan egg is fresh up they but it looks good with the natto inside with the egg

I've been eating this kind of thing when I was a kid and it's so yummy I didn't know it exist I thought that was homemade invented food by my dad but now I've tried searching if there is something like that and now I realised that it was from japan ( sorry if I had a wrong grammar)

Some people dislike it in japan. I'm japanese, I love tamagokake gohan!maybe it's salty in this video, used a lot of soy sause. If you are difficult to eat, you can arrange it.to use dried bonito, or salt kelp…
