#7 is the sound of train breaks on train tracks, once the train has stopped or is almost stopped. Basic audio editing could cause only the lower tones to be heard since most microphones can't pick up the extremely high-pitched squeal that trains make. EDIT: I have a TikTok video that makes similar noises with a train stopping.
#6 Likely is the music that baby lullaby players make. The transmission modifies the hertz, so it sounds "haunting."
#5 Hyenas, Sasquatch, and skinwalkers have all been suggested. I'm guessing this is a Barred or Screech-owl though. Most screech owls have a call that sounds like "Who cooks for you" but Barred owls, and Northern spotted owls can make some crazy noises. This is reinforced by the fact that it is night.
#4 Is likely wind blowing the palm fronds. Their rubbing together can make some scratching noises. That or it's the aswang.
#2 is likely a very unhappy marmot or ground squirrel. It actually sounds like a hoary marmot telling them that it's there and that they are too close for its comfort.

12: "Wonder what none of his neighbors are outside" then the man recording the video says "It's like 3 in the morning"

10: "What was that" could be she thinks she saw something. Those noises are hella loud, so when the man says "Hang on" he could be saying that to keep her near him so that neither one gets lost.

With both 9 and 8, it probably isn't something paranormal. There are many reasons why such sounds are produced, adjust one could be a strain on the pipes from wind or pressure from distant places, traveling through these pipes. Because the sound has nowhere to go, it just keeps bouncing around in the pipe getting louder and more distorted as waves in the sound pass each other and make variations in the sound.
Chills says "I have never heard a piece of machinery that makes that noise" for 8. He obviously has never heard a tablesaw.

1 sounds like a Tusken Raider from Star Wars, but also sounds like a pig.

If a wind is blowing, a wire can produce unusual sounds, if the frequency of the wind is equel to the "unique objcet frequency" of the wire. (I guess it could explain #11, #16 or maybe even few others, too...)
It kinda sound like someone is playing harp, so this is called "Eolic harp".

After doing some research, I found that #7 is in Calgary, Alberta-Canada. The building is called Bow Valley College. If you need more proof, Google image “Bow Valley College Train” and you’ll see the “Eastbound Train” sign he’s standing in front of. Please like so Chills notices!
