Good lecture, Thank you for explaining the different units. Sieverts, Curies, Beq. REM, Grays I still find it very confusing

Very condensed and succinct overview, I felt as if I were back in University and almost felt compelled to take notes :) One distraction was the Huge microphone lashed to your neck, seems considering the subject matter they would have a higher tech audio solution.

Hi bionerd 23,
I am a retired nuclear physicist with a P.H.D I also have a masters in quantum physics.
I love your videos. You are excellent at presenting video info to the masses..
I have several pieces of equipment that you could use. They are yours if you can pay shipping.
Don’t know how to get a hold of you. Let me know

Your very Knowledgeable, you certainly know your Stuff, I find it all very interesting but no matter how many times you explain it I still don’t grasp it .
So I guess I’m more of a Nerd than bio nerd 😝

life started on Earth billions of years ago and evolved to cope with much higher levels of natural radiation than we have today. A lot of evolution happened during these billions of years and there is no direct record of the details of this process.
