This is incredible. Its exactly what I've been looking for. I bought my first 6 string over a year ago. I been practicing the solo to cemetary gates lately and the first half is no problem. The second half I just don't have the speed and I'm stuck so thanks for a great video lesson man!

I could spend the Rest of Time trying to build up downpicking speed, with seemingly no success. Ive given myself a Tennis Elbow style tightness and pain in both arms from trying to Metronome along to Hetfield! I need to relax the arms and zone in on the connection with the wrist. This is useful if you're sitting down when you play. I find that if you play live standing up you mantain most of your stability on your shoulder as it helps your speed and controlling your guitar.
