Best foods for such stuff: 1) fatty fish. 2) Pumpkin seeds and nuts (rich in magnesium, zinc, and iron). 2) eggs (choline is also good for brain/memory function, and mood regulation). 3) Berries and citrus. 4) Leafy greens (e.g. spinach, kale, Swiss chard).
