I created a 3d map but when trying to export it as 3d scene to use it presentation the file format was mtl. How can I import as gtlf

good day, i am new in using QGIS, i work in urban planing and development under LGU, one of what we do is determine the flood risk areas and other related to that matter, this video you uploaded was very helpful for us. Where do i download that file that you use in your video if it is downloadable, or what file type do i search in order for me to create a digital elevation? Thank you!
