Wagner Claim On Ex-US Marine General Just Bluster? Prigozhin Plans To Send Bloody Sledgehammer To EU

The head of the Russian mercenary outfit Wagner, Yevgeny Prigozhin, has made a new sensational claim. Speaking to a Finnish newspaper on November 25, Prigozhin claimed that a former US Marine general was working for the group.
According to the Wagner boss, the former US Marine general is leading a battalion on the battlefield. Putin’s crony added that the US citizen was commanding a British battalion which is part of Wagner PMC. In his remarks to the Finnish newspaper, the Wagner chief also said that about 20 Finnish citizens were part of the Wagner group.

The US Marines is a very small unit compared to the Army.. A marine General leading a Russian PMC unit is extremely unlikely because we'd know who it was. There aren't a lot of generals past or present in the US Marines.
